Find God -
If given the chance to experience something so phenomenal, so mind blowing, so indescribable through english language, would you do it? Our intent is for you to encounter God through prayer, through worship and through navigating His living word. You will constantly be wiping the drool from your mouth due to the jaw dropping experience God brings to Elevate. With the many services we have on a weekly basis, you could say we can't get enough. Come be a part.

Find Friends -
"Tribe, tribe, tribe" "We are tellin' you... you best get your fanny in a tribe." "Say to yourself...Self, who is MY Tribe?" You have just completed step one! Now once you have found your tribe, you will experience people pouring into you, treating you like family, taking care of you, protecting you, and challenging you to reach your God given potential. Wait until you get to step three...it's our personal favorite.

Find Purpose -
Epic life training track is a series of courses that will wrap you around the axle. Journey from salvation, to serving, and then ultimately leadership. Expect to be challenged every step of the way! The final step in our training track is the Edge escuela de ministry or Edge school of ministry for our non-Spanish speaking friends. Would you be willing to take a year of your life creating disciplines, discovering a philosophy, and developing a heart for God's people? "I can't do a whole year" No worries! Take a look at our summer internship program.

TwitterYou know that feeling you get when you slip on a pair of last years jeans and find an abundance of missing birthday money you gave up looking for months ago? That's the feeling Pastor Waylon brings to the table. Prepare yourself for an electrifying and bountiful message. It's so good it makes you want to slap your grandma. Actually Folder's slogan "Good to the last drop" was created after listening to one of Pastor Waylon's messages. That's a big deal my friends. Starting a life of student ministry at the age of 18.333, he brings incredible insight and revelation to God's living word. His heart for seeing students shaped into their Godly purpose has always been at the forefront of his ministry. It's that heart for students, that drives him into spending a majority of his time raising up and developing leaders who will duplicate themselves. "Disciples making disciples." Although, you may at times find him on the foreign mission field or speaking at a youth camp, his casa is here in Tucson, Arizona. Pastor Waylon's success is largely due to the loving support of his Wife Dana and his four kids, Taylor, Emilee, Alyssa and Judah. If you were to ask him what his favorite thing to do is, he would respond, "spend time with my family."

Put an Irishman-cowboy and a Chandler Bing-Bob the Builder in a pot, mix it together, and you have John Peter Davis! And we can't forget Melinda, the one person who's sure to make any party THE party. She has the ability to read you like a book and be your BFF by the end of the day. John and his wife Melinda were taken out of the corporate world and propelled into a life of student ministries, because God was tuggin' and buggin'. They felt the call to see every public high school filled to overflowing with students in love with Jesus, and not afraid to show it. "Let's fish where the fish are!" It makes sense if ya think about it. Whether it is on the foreign mission field or at a local campus, it's the Elevate-evangelistic heart that will cause them to snag you and take you half way around the world, because there is no experience like the "missions experience." When you find John basking in the realization that he has the best job in the world, you'll often find Melinda tending to their two incredible boys, Andrew and Gavin.

Keeping Ramie away from student ministries would be like trying to baptize a cat, it's not going to happen! Ramie is on assignment to bring "cool" back to the church. With a G.E.D. in urbonics and 80's culture, you can't help but love Ramie's dynamic personality. Step into her bedazzled boots and you'll see students in a whole new way. Ramie has given students an opportunity to shine in an artistic sense with the emerging EXPRESS ministry. In public schools and many other venues, they share the heart of Jesus Christ. It is the gift of communication and one would almost say perfected people skills, that produces statistics like 99.9% of all people know Ramie Fouts.

TwitterIf the world were on the brink of explosion, and the only way to save it was to complete a list of 53 tasks in 5.3 seconds or less, who would be the first person that you would think of capable to undergo such a challenge? "Michael Jordan!" No! Albert Rios is your man, because he would not only get it done, but he would get it done color coated, alphabetically, with four seconds to spare, and without even breaking a sweat. Albert takes on the task of planning surreal events that always include the "wow" factor. He has an uncanny ability to bring excellence and detail into everything he does. Not only will he surprise you with his basket full of hidden talents, Albert has a personality and a character that anyone would benefit in knowing. If you were to ask Albert, "who should be president", he would look at you as if you already should know the answer to that question, and confidently respond, "Oprah".

Billy’s idea of heaven would be seeing the Texas Longhorns on the goal line getting ready to win a bowl game, while grubbing on a grade “A” American porterhouse steak, and yelling out “that’s what I’m talkin’ about!” Billy made his way up through the Edge school of ministry with hard work and dedication. He is the meaning of faithfulness. Billy leaps out of bed in morning to make a difference in students’ lives and see them grow into solid mature Christians. Out of that drive he has been a vital key into designing and developing the Epic Life training track. He is determined to see an army of Jr. High students sold out for Jesus and ready to reach the world. It is common to hear Billy talk about the best thing that’s ever happened to him, and that is his love Danielle.
